Job Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration process.
  • Define data migration requirements, strategy, and scope, including tool selection and migration methodologies.
  • Coordinate data mapping, data cleansing, and transformation tasks.
  • Plan and manage cutover activities, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including Japan HQ and international offices.
  • Prepare clear documentation and regular progress reports.
  • Support business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives related to system changes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry SAP system migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, especially with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules.
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience.
  • Ability to document migration strategies using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Able to communicate is business level skills in both English and Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients.
  • Familiarity with mcframe, experience using ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or DataSpider and Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus
