Position: SAP Manager / Asst Manager (S4 / Hana Migration Project) – Japanese Speaking (Job ID: 19921)

Job Description:

・Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration process.

・Define data migration requirements, strategy, and scope, including tool selection and migration methodologies.

・Coordinate data mapping, data cleansing, and transformation tasks.

・Plan and manage cutover activities, identifying and mitigating risks.

・Manage communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including Japan HQ and international offices.

・Prepare clear documentation and regular progress reports.

・Support business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives related to system changes.

Job Requirements:

・Bachelor's degree in any field.

・Minimum 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry SAP system migration projects from Consulting Industry.

・Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, especially with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules.・Minimum 3 years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience.

・Ability to document migration strategies using PowerPoint and Excel.

・Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

・Able to communicate is business level skills in both English and Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients.

・Familiarity with mcframe, experience using ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or DataSpider and Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus
