Description

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
  • Provide support for SAP system implementation and configuration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximise the system's efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of SAP systems, recommending enhancements as needed.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst- SAP should have:

  • Proven experience working with SAP systems in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documenting business processes and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP system configuration and implementation processes.
  • A strong understanding of technology systems and how they support business operations.
