About the Role

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities? As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in driving and executing recruitment strategies in collaboration with business and HR leaders. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for positions at all levels.
  • Partner closely with site HR and business leaders to understand short-term hiring needs and align on strategies.
  • Develop recommendations for recruitment programs, budgets, and marketing materials to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, employment agencies, universities, and government bodies.
  • Actively source candidates using various tools and creative channels (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed).
  • Represent the company at job fairs and career events, strengthening brand presence and engagement.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers promptly and professionally.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and expand industry networks.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to refine job specifications and required competencies.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview, assessment, and selection processes.
  • Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines and industry relationships.
  • Experience with Workday is an advantage.
  • IHRP-CP certification preferred but not required.
