As a Assistant Manager (Nursing Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support Senior Management.
  • Active engagement with internal and external stakeholders on matters aligned with Nursing's cluster and national agenda.
  • Manage and execute the operations and meetings.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress on workplans and organizational priorities.
  • Support in national level, and international platforms and initiatives by tracking action items and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support project conceptualization, including developing timelines, facilitating discussions, coordinating inputs, and driving milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate group operations, initiatives, and events.
  • Develop and prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and related documents for internal and external engagements.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement and efficient work processes.
  • Promote the use of technology to enhance planning, organization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage the reporting officer's calendar, organize meetings, coordinate logistics, and handle business travel arrangements.
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence, ensuring prompt follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any field of studies.
  • At least 5 years of working experience with 2 years in supporting Senior Management.
  • Strong in planning, project management and organizational skills.
