Clinical Senior Executive, Healthcare Quality Assurance

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and support the clinical quality and safety programme within the organisation
  • Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with relevant departments to develop quality models, standards, and audits, and support risk management activities
  • Provide support to quality assurance and clinical services committees and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Manage incidents and serious reportable events, including conducting root cause analysis
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate change and promote continuous improvement across the institution
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret quality and safety data, preparing reports and presentations to support improvement efforts
  • Maintain and update communication materials
  • Draft meeting minutes and provide administrative support for quality initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Public Health/ Quality Management or related studies
  • 1 - 4 years working experience in quality assurance/ patient safety/ healthcare operations, preferably with healthcare data systems
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
