As a Senior Clinic Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversees the overall operations and smooth functioning of the clinics.
  • Manages clinic appointments, staff deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Ensures strict adherence to established guidelines and procedures for clinic services.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for cases and supports staff in managing difficult situations.
  • Upholds discipline and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy in the tabulation of clinical indicators.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Clinic Executive in private clinics or public healthcare institutions.
