As a Senior Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
  • ⁠Data entry of insurance information and medical history.
  • Verify patient's insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
  • ⁠Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.
  • Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.
  • Ensure patient data is up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.
  • ⁠Respond to patient queries and concerns.
  • Keep up to date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
  • Participate in patient's assessment/screening and registration.
  • Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings.
  • ⁠Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant clinic assistant or customer service experience
