Aim

Oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and possessing that a higher level of service is provided to our patients. Be the bridge between HQ and clinic to ensure smooth communication and ensuring SOP adherence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support individual clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
  • Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities participated
  • Monitor and assess performances of the key KPIs established for Clinic Operations and handling of annual clinic budget
  • Provide IT support for clinic operations processes (eg. GP Connect)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Ops Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferably a Diploma or Degree.
  • Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.

Skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common office applications like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

  • Working Days: 5 Days' Work Week
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
