About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Executive to join our trust services team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the wealth management, estate planning, and fiduciary services industry. You will support the team in managing business opportunities/client relationships and promoting our trust solutions to intermediaries and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's will services and trust structuring solutions
  • Work closely with external B2B partners, family offices, wealth managers, financial advisers, law firms, other intermediaries, in client acquisition and relationship management activities
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, fee proposals, client onboarding documentation, trust documentation
  • Maintain and update the client database and help track business leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, webinars, networking sessions, client meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operation, finance, settlement, fee team) to support the smooth execution of trust structures and services
  • Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to support strategic positioning and product development
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, corporate services, legal support, or client service roles is an advantage
  • Interest in trust and fiduciary services, estate planning, or private wealth structuring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated, client-centric environment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage for liaising with other Asian-speaking associates
