About the role

Riverside Trustees Limited is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trust Administrator to join our team in the heart of the Singapore River Central Region. This full-time role will see you play a pivotal part in the management and administration of our diverse portfolio of client trust arrangements, including private trust companies, cutting edge digital master trusts and complex international structures.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive trust and and company administration services, drafting resolutions and other documents, reviewing trust bookkeeping and accounts, managing tax filings, and coordinating with legal and financial professionals;
  2. Involved in the onboarding of new trust and company arrangements, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed to the highest standards;
  3. Regularly communicating with clients and their representatives to address inquiries and provide updates on trust activities;
  4. Assisting with the preparation of regular trust reports and statements for clients;
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client service delivery;
  6. Support the Trust Manager and senior management;
  7. Staying up-to-date with evolving trust and estate legislation and regulations to ensure compliance across all client matters;

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration, preferably within the banking and financial services industry;
  2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients at all levels;
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work;
  5. Familiarity with trust and estate accounting, as well as relevant legislation and compliance requirements;
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems;
  7. STEP qualified or studying toward it, would be beneficial.
