Position Summary

At Hex Trust, we’re building trust In the digital ecosystem and we’d like you to help us deliver on that promise. Providing enterprise-grade custody services like ours requires an unwavering commitment to security and an understanding of the importance of maintaining a secure infrastructure. We’re a small, but growing group looking for an engineer able to help put the right tools and processes in place and help take our business to the next level

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup and management of internal infrastructure;
- Network and vpn management for local and remote colleagues;
- Detection of any problems by implementing a superior monitoring system;
- Support onboarding for new employees and setup of equipment;
- First Level Support for Desktop and End User Support;
- Learn how to automate tasks with python;
- Work closely with System Engineers to build one great IT environment;
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats;
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
- 1 year relevant experience in IT Support;
- Proactive, self-motivate individual and able to work under pressure;
- Good communication skill, independent, problem solving skills and team player;
- Knowledge of Linux is a big plus;
- Fresh graduate is welcomed;
- Immediate available is preferable.
