Central Region, Singapore Re Source Partners Pte. Ltd. Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defense and public security sector.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Claims Associates to provide administrative support to join their organisation in their Tanjong Pagar and Ang Mo Kio office.

  • Administer and process grant applications, including eligibility checks, document verification, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required documents.
  • Track application progress and update internal systems and databased accurately.
  • Participate and assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in grant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding agency and organizational guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support for grant-related meetings.

If you're someone with the following, let's chat


• Degree in accountancy, finance or business with at least 1 year of relevant work experience or diploma in the same fields with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.


• Candidates with degree in Physics/Mathematics/Economics, who are confident in handling data and numbers, can be considered.


• Experience in public sector grants or claims processing or handling of grant disbursement would be an advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets confidently. Must be comfortable working with complex spreadsheets and handling substantial volumes of data.


• Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.


• Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team.

  • 5 days work week, Monday – Friday | 8.30am to 6.30pm
  • 2 years contract
