Job description:

  • Administer and process grant applications, including eligibility checks, document verification, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required documents.
  • Track application progress and update internal systems and databased accurately.
  • Participate and assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in grant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding agency and organizational guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support for grant-related meetings.

Job description:

  • Process claims application and checks for disbursement.
  • Attend to escalated enquiries on claims.
  • Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  • Participate & assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in grant

    operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding agency and organizational guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support for grant-related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Accounts, Business or related field.

  • Highly proficient in Excel

  • Strong attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach
