- Computation of laytime, demurrage and accessing claims counters.
- Review and onpassing Owners claims to Charterers.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices/claims.
- Monitor and checking on funds received.
- Issuance of brokerage commission invoices.
- Prepare written Charter Party.
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) relevant experience in Shipping or Oil/Petroleum Trading industry.
- Diploma / Degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, Logistics or equivalent.
- Able to converse fluently with English and Mandarin speaking clients (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of laytime calculations. Training provided.
- Entry level are welcome.
