Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead M2 Massage Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and people leadership skills to drive sustainable growth, enhance brand reputation, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic plan and business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience and service quality.
  • Drive business growth through innovative service offerings, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the leadership team to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure strong financial performance.
  • Represent the company to stakeholders, partners, and industry bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations within the wellness and massage industry.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO, COO, or General Manager in the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to innovate, adapt, and respond effectively to market trends and challenges.
  • Passionate about wellness, health, and customer service excellence.
