Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing reports, and updating inventory records.
- Process purchase orders, delivery orders, and other logistics-related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Support warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and arranging goods for dispatch.
- Conduct stock checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures during warehouse operations.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration or warehouse operations is preferred (training can be provided for entry-level candidates).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to handle simple data entry.
