We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Retail Leasing team in Singapore. You will play a key role in driving occupancy and shaping the tenant mix across our malls. This includes engaging retailers, negotiating leases, and identifying market opportunities to bring in exciting concepts that enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive leasing activities for retail spaces, including new leases and renewals
  • Source, secure, and negotiate with suitable tenants
  • Support the development of tenancy strategies and market positioning
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and maintain a solid industry network
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on retail trends

Requirements

  • Valid CEA license (mandatory)
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
  • Relevant leasing experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experienced candidates will be considered for a Manager role, while junior applicants will have the opportunity to grow with us.
