Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Transfer Agency Services, including the communication of dealing orders, contract notes and attending to queries from investors and fund managers.
  • Manage daily deliverables like settlement, reconciliation, corporate action, dividend processing and other ad-hoc reporting.
  • Maintain and prepare registrar reports for fund managers and issue monthly statements to shareholders.
  • Calculate performance fees, process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and issue the related contract notes to investors.
  • Assist with KYC, AML, FATCA/CRS reporting on the investors on behalf of the fund managers.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance or in any related majors.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Operations role.
  • Accurate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have experience in Excel.
