The Opportunity

  • It is an opportunity for an experienced Fund Services Specialist to join their team

The Job

  • Responsible for Transfer Agency Services, including the communication of dealing orders, contract notes and attending to queries from investors and fund managers
  • Manage the daily deliverables such as settlement, reconciliation, corporate action, dividend processing and other ad-hoc reporting
  • Maintain and prepare Registrar Reports for fund managers and issue monthly statements to shareholders
  • Calculate performance fees, process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and issue the related contract notes to investors
  • Perform due diligence on investors such as KYC, AML, name screening checks
  • Assist with FATCA/CRS reporting on the investors on behalf of the fund managers

The Talent

  • Degree holder with related Operations experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment, and willing to work beyond working hours (if necessary)
  • Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs.
  • Accurate and able to work in fast paced environment
  • Has an eye for details and is meticulous
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
