Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This position requires a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Job Scope:

  1. Assist in organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  2. Assist in with coordination communication materials, photography, creative direction, writing and production.
  3. Develop and propose monthly content calendars aligned with focus products, promotions, and ongoing trends.
  4. Copywriting for marketing collaterals and media press release scripts or write-ups.
  5. Fluent with creative cloud, photoshop, illustrator, premier pro.
  6. Plan and develop creative content for social media platforms.
  7. Any other duties assigned by the superior/management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
