What You'll Do:

  • Marketing Support: Assist in daily marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations
  • Visual Merchandising Support: Liaise with store teams to ensure consistency of marketing materials and displays across outlets
  • Administration: Assist with marketing reports, coordinate with external vendors, and handle other related administrative duties
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage inquiries and content across platforms like Facebook to grow our online presence
  • Customer Relations: Maintain and update our CRM database for effective communication
  • Live Streaming Coordination: Support live stream activities, including order fulfilment and stock transfers
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Product Listings: Update and optimize product listings for marketing campaigns
  • Event Support: Assist with local events and roadshows to ensure success

What We're Looking For:

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

Strong communication skills and a passion for marketing & social media

Familiarity with social media platforms & basic CRM knowledge

Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with a creative mindset
