Job Title: Field Engineer

Reference:

Our client is a manufacturer specializing in precision dispensing equipment. They are currently seeking a Field Engineer to join the after-sales service team and work alongside experienced colleagues. This role focuses on the evaluation (testing and reporting) and installation of equipment, ensuring high technical performance and customer satisfaction.

There may be future opportunities to transition into a Sales Engineer role, collaborating with the sales team on new business development.

【Responsibilities】

- Conduct evaluations by receiving dispensing material samples from customers, performing tests using company equipment, preparing detailed test reports, and presenting results to clients (averaging 2–3 evaluations per week).

- Deliver, set up, calibrate, and commission equipment at customer sites.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including warranty claims and maintenance support.

- Visit customers (factories and R&D labs) approximately once a week; spend the remaining time in the office preparing, reporting, and following up.

- Undertake monthly business trips to Malaysia to provide customer support.

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

(Must)

- Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)

- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply

- Willing to travel overseas for business purposes

- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.

(Advantageous)

- Educational background in mechanical design, fluid dynamics, chemistry, or electrical engineering.

- Working Experience as an Engineer in the Machinery industry

- Prior experience in facility or equipment-related products experience

- Familiarity with dispensers, peripheral devices, factory automation (FA) equipment, or other specialized machinery
