  • Provide admin support to sales team such as preparing documents and processing orders & invoices.
  • Liaise with clients & suppliers to coordinate orders and resolve queries.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform bank reconciliation & follow up with clients on payments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales/admin preferred.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
