Sales & Marketing Admin Executive

The Sales & Marketing Admin Executive assists in the monitoring and smooth execution of the company's projects' sales administration throughout the development stages of the projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage "after sales admin work" such as:

a. Preparing sales agreement

b. Getting authorized signatories for sales agreement

c. Tracking using booking system

d. Monitoring & follow-through on requests from developers/ partners/ buyers

(e.g., payment timeline, modification works)

e. Co-ordinating the closing of property deals

f. Ensuring all documentation are in order (e.g., duly signed, complete)

g. Maintaining database for Sales, Buyers and Agents.

  • Prepare weekly reports of sales progress
  • Maintaining URA weekly reports
  • Assist in the setting-up of Sales office & sales documentation
  • Provide admin support at show flat galleries when required
  • Any ad hoc duties and/or flexibility and cover as required

Job Requirements

  • At least a Polytechnic Diploma or GCE "A" levels
  • Must be proficient in MS EXCEL
  • Strong command of English language
  • Be meticulous & organised
  • Experience in real estate industry will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
