About the role

As a Fleet Coordinator at Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the company's rental fleet. This full-time position is based in the Queenstown area and involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and logistics of our rental fleet. Your goal will be to ensure the vehicles are efficiently utilised, well-maintained, and readily available for customers to lease.

What you'll be doing

  1. Response to inquiries via email, phone calls and walk-in visits.
  2. Apply VEP for the vehicles.
  3. Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of vehicles to meet the needs of customers.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to the customers.
  5. Coordinate with customers on the collection of vehicles.
  6. Monitor and track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance records to optimise fleet efficiency.
  7. Liaise with external vendors and internal departments to arrange for timely vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
  8. Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to the customers.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all fleet-related activities.
  10. Any other duties as and when assigned.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a fleet management or logistics role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and servicing procedures.
  5. Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
