**SUMMARY**

You would be responsible in the maintenance of The Fleet documentation, library, and records of vessels; assist in monitoring and analysis of vessels’ performance & emissions and to generate reports ensuring accurate and timely information. They will work in coordination with colleagues across the company as well as third parties.

**THE ROLE**

Monitor Fleet Charter Status in cooperation with Commercial Head of Shipping, update status and relay information to relevant parties as instructed.
Maintain full inventory of Technical Library, fleet memberships etc and keep up to date
Monitor latest information on shipping portal and database and interact with the Technical Managers.
Update Fleet List on company’s website.
Maintain a record of all approved AFE’s for Accounts’ reference.
Retrieve System messages and submit the results in required format as requested
Assist in monitoring System messages from Fleet Vessels and point out reports which are in inconsistent format or with errors. Upon sighting of such reports, follow up with the Master to seek clarifications
Liaise with vendor person-in-charge in global office for any issue on malfunction of software installed on any of the Fleet Vessels
Ensure raw data are cleaned up before submission to the emission connect program for evaluation
Assist in the withdrawal of requested data from DNV’s Emission Connect Software as requested
Assist to control the operational status of the Company’s Carbon Data Collection, CII status of each vessel, EU ETS
Vessel Monitoring, Processing and Analysis of data and to produce reports in accurate format
Able to communicate with Technical Managers on all aspects of concern
Attend meetings related to Company’s efforts in meeting forthcoming Carbon Control Measures / Initiatives
Assist with the liaison with third-party service providers to the team in matters related to their role and be able to review and approve proposed modification under supervision
Routine reporting to all departments concerning carbon control and related matters and to maintain records of all such submissions
Assist Fleet team members on daily / ad hoc work requests
Perform above job duties for Fleet Vessels

**REQUIREMENTS**

Diploma in Maritime Studies or Marine / Nautical Engineering.
Around 2 years’ experience / internship in similar role with Technical Department in Ship Managers / Owners / Classification society.
Good Knowledge with Compliance and Technical aspects of a vessel.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written and excellent English

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
