We are seeking a talented Group Chef to lead and oversee the culinary operations across multiple outlets. This role involves strategic planning, menu development, quality assurance, and staff management. Key responsibilities include developing culinary strategies, standardising recipes, ensuring brand consistency, managing food costs and inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety across all kitchen operations.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies aligned with the company's vision and brand identity across all locations.
Menu & Recipe Management
  • Create, standardise, and update menus across outlets.
  • Develop new dishes and specials, considering budget, seasonality, and customer preferences.
Quality Control
  • Ensure consistent food quality from preparation to presentation.
  • Uphold company standards for taste, quality, and visual appeal.
Staff Management
  • Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Delegate tasks, manage scheduling, and provide ongoing coaching to build skills and performance.
Financial Management
  • Manage food costs and inventory levels.
  • Estimate production needs, order supplies, and control kitchen expenses.
Hygiene & Safety
  • Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Operations Oversight
  • Monitor kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and overall efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory, workflow, and operations to support a seamless dining experience.

Certifications
  • Certification in Gastronomy and Nutrition.
  • Level 3 or 4 Food Hygiene & Safety Certification (or equivalent).
