Singapore WOOD ORIGINS PRIVATE LIMITED Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily operations within our vinyl flooring division. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in home appliances, furniture, or related industries, who have experience in installation scheduling, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and technician oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong operational instincts, be open to learning, and bring a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Optimized Installation Scheduling & Customer Liaison

  • Plan and optimize installation schedules for maximum efficiency. Ensure clear and timely communication with customers to manage expectations and service delivery.

Inventory Planning & Stock Management

  • Oversee inventory levels, plan stock replenishments, and coordinate stock ordering to ensure materials are available for scheduled installations. Work closely with warehouse teams to manage pick-ups and stock movements.

Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison between warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and material dispatch.

Technician Management & Quality Oversight

  • Directly manage the technician team, ensuring high standards of workmanship, operational efficiency, and resource allocation.

SOP Development & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), targeting operational efficiency and service quality improvements.

RMA Handling & Scheduling

  • Manage and schedule Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), coordinating between customers and technicians for timely resolution.

Fleet & Logistics Oversight

Coordinate delivery fleet schedules and vehicle utilization to support both installations and RMA service work.

Requirements:

  • Background in home appliances, furniture, or related industries .
  • Strong experience in installation scheduling and logistics optimization .
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock planning is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with technicians, delivery fleets, or service teams .
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internal and customer-facing.
  • Willingness to learn, hustle, and build efficient processes in a growing team.
  • Experience in working with blue collar workers is a big plus.
