The Senior Operations Executive will be an individual who embraces innovation and continuous improvement to ensure a smooth synergy between all aspects of operations and academics. Oversee the areas of estate management, safety and security, transport and school logistics support. The Senior Operations Executive will support LSS Mission Statement and Core Values.

**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Oversee all aspects of the centre’s building, facilities and security ensuring that the centre is maintained to the highest standard so as to promote the optimum learning and working environment for both students and staff.
- Oversee Health and Safety and fire regulations at the centre, ensuring the centre is legally compliant with all statutory inspections and maintenance.
- Responsible for ensuring COVID-19 protocols are maintained.
- Responsible for charting an annual marketing strategy and take charge of students’ enrolment.
- Responsible for inventory of equipment and to ensure all resources are accountable and their whereabouts are accurately tracked.
- Responsible for ensuring all centre visits, buildings, contents and employees public liability insurance.
- Responsible for annual planning and budgeting of the centre.
- Responsible for general administration of the centre - school fees collection, meals planning, bus transport etc.
- Oversees general Human Resource administration.
