Position : Desktop Engineer

Salary: Up to $2,700 (Based on experience & qualification)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Windows 10 / 11 client platforms (installation, testing, operations & troubleshooting)
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring timely updates to users
  • Perform service requests and monitor system service levels
  • Support client platform implementation and upgrade projects
  • Manage configuration, documentation, and reporting of systems
  • Provide technical advice and assist in infrastructure requirement analysis
  • Participate in facility management and ensure best practices are followed

Requirements

  • At least NITEC Holder
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 (Windows 11 experience a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
