Desktop Engineer Helpdesk role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and updates.
  • Guide users through basic account setup, access permissions, and system updates.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn and support system integration and maintenance.
  • Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
  • Stay updated on basic IT trends and technologies to support continuous learning and improvement.

Requirement:

  • At least NITEC Holder
  • Singaporean only
  • Keen to explore in IT industry (No experience needed)

Benefits:
