Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue purchase orders to direct and indirect suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining optimal safety stock levels.
  • Follow up on delivery lead time, shipment arrivals and claims with vendors.
  • Timely procurement and managing of safety level stock.
  • Source and negotiate with new suppliers, including payment terms and contract conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve purchasing-related matters efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
