Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily purchasing activities for materials, parts, and services.
  • Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and manage purchase orders.
  • Track order status and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for material needs and delivery scheduling.
  • Maintain purchasing records and update ERP systems.
  • Support cost reduction and supplier development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with international sourcing (China, Vietnam) is a plus.
