Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, monitor, and optimize manufacturing and automation processes.

· Lead process improvement initiatives for precision electronics assembly and testing.

· Analyze production data to enhance efficiency, yield, and quality.

· Troubleshoot and provide engineering solutions for production and equipment issues.

· Collaborate with operations, quality, and R&D teams to implement innovative automation solutions.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

· Experience in manufacturing engineering, precision electronics, or automation preferred but not required.

· Knowledge of industrial safety, quality standards, and process optimization.

· Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams
