Marking Assistant (6-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: Suntec City

Salary: $3,100

Hours: Monday to Friday, regular office hours

Start: Mid-October

Role Overview:

Support product management and merchandising activities, ensuring accurate product information, coordinating sample shoots, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product data across systems, sales sheets, and Salsify.
  • Manage product samples and coordinate lifestyle photo shoots.
  • Assist product managers with coding extensions, collateral matrices, and sales sheets from international markets to Asia.
  • Handle merchandising coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including shipment arrangements and invoice submissions.
  • Organize sample shoot schedules, guide photographers, and share visuals with relevant markets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinking and collaborative mindset.
  • Plus: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, Canva, Photoshop).

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Product, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2–5 years relevant experience; prior marketing internship/project experience an advantage.
