Contract Duration: 6 months, maternity cover, starting ~mid October

We are hiring a Marketing Assistant on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This role will support marketing operations and product management activities across regional markets, ensuring timely delivery of product information, merchandising materials, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update product information across internal systems, sales sheets, and Salsify
  • Coordinate sample management and lifestyle product photo shoots, providing clear guidance to photographers and sharing images with regional markets
  • Assist product managers with coding extensions, collateral matrixes, and sales sheets for product lines across Europe, US, and Asia
  • Coordinate merchandising activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide administrative support, including arranging shipments and processing invoices
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product information, reports, and collateral updates
  • Support artwork development and handle collateral matrix coordination
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Product Management, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of relevant marketing or product coordination experience (internships also considered)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, social media, email marketing platforms)
