Marketing Assistant

Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

Location: Suntec City

Contract period: 6 months maternity cover. Able to start around mid October.

Salary: Up to $3100

Working days: Monday to Friday office hours

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product information into system and sales sheet
  • Samples Management & Lifestyle photo shooting
  • Assist product managers to follow up on coding extension / Collateral matrix/ Sales sheets of product line from Europe/US/China to Asia.
  • Work on merchandising jobs, coordinate with different parties.
  • Administrative support – arrange shipments / submission of invoices etc
  • Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of information maintenance and reports
  • Handle collateral matrix and artwork development.
  • Arrange sample shooting schedule systematically and independently and coordinate with photographer and give them clear guidance on how to shoot sample. Also share the photo with markets

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • *PLUS : Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
