Performance, Rewards and Benefits Intern

Internship Period: 12 January 2026 – 31 July 2026

Job Description:

The Intern will provide support to the regional Performance and Rewards team in various activities, including year end reviews, system testing, data analysis and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, analytical, and eager to gain practical experience in total rewards. 

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:


•    Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of the year-end performance and compensation reviews, including gathering data, consolidating information, and supporting analysis. 

•    Support systems testing for performance, compensation and benefits-related platforms, by working closely with the HRIS team and vendors, where required to ensure a smooth and accurate roll-out.  

•    Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

•    Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and data analysis. 

•    Help to curate or review communication materials with the end-users in mind. 

•    Collaborate with team members across the region, to support ad-hoc requests or activities, where required.

•    Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

•    Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements:


•    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. 

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and confidential information. 

•    Prior experience or coursework related to HR or compensation and benefits is a plus but not required.

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
