**YOUR ROLE**

As a Rewards Intern, you will play a supporting role in ensuring effective administration of compensation and benefits programs within the Company. You will work closely with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to assist in various tasks related to compensation, benefits, and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and automation of reports and analysis related to Rewards, including but not limited to cost projections, budgeting, and benchmarking etc.
- Participate in the implementation of new Rewards initiatives or changes, providing support in communication and training efforts.
- Support the administration and automation of employee Rewards programs, including but not limited to insurances, job evaluations, pension plans, etc.
- Support the coordination of events, workshops, or training sessions for Rewards related topics.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information related to Rewards.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to details and analytical.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented approach to supporting the HR team and relevant stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Advance Excel and Macros).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents) is a plus.
