**Description**:
The APAC Benefits Intern will partner with members of the Rewards and HR team in APAC and other cross-functional departments, to provide support to employee benefits and wellbeing projects in the Asia Pacific Region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with external vendors and manage them to set up wellbeing events or programs to ensure timely and engaging event roll-outs
- Develop well-crafted communications materials for internal stakeholders to promote awareness and participation of benefits and wellbeing programs
- Act as project manager to specific benefits projects or events to ensure all internal and external partners in different parts of APAC work towards timely and successful roll-out
- Draft captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters/brochures and visually-stunning presentations
- Maintain and improve internal benefits website
- Draft or update internal HR policy documents for specific countries to effectively communicate changes of these internal policies
- Perform basic analytics and costing on benefits utilisation when assigned
- Process invoice payments to benefits vendors and other administrative duties as assigned

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with different and tight timelines
- Positive and can-do attitude when faced with challenges
- Self-starter with high initiative and proactiveness to progress tasks and accomplish goals with little supervision
- Flexibility and agile mindset to handle tasks or projects that may have multiple moving parts and unexpected changes
- Have an eye for details, an excellence mindset on quality of work and the ability to proofread vendors' communications deliverables
