MAGES Institute is a leading creative tech school in Singapore offering industry-relevant diplomas and short courses in Game Design, Game Art, Concept Art, XR (AR/VR), and emerging Tech fields like UI/UX and Cybersecurity. )
As part of our international growth, we seek a passionate and results-driven sales/business development executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and consult prospective students on MAGES' diploma and short course offerings, especially
- in Tech and Creative areas
- Drive enrolments by achieving monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads from social media, events, and referrals
- Guide students through the onboarding process with care and professionalism
- Support and represent MAGES at education fairs, school visits, and weekend events
- Assist in outreach to Mandarin-speaking markets (preferred)
- Collaborate closely with the team to grow both local and overseas student pipelines
- Provide regular feedback on student interest, market trends, and lead performance
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development is preferred.
- Familiarity with Private Education Regulations (CPE/PEI/EduTrust) is a plus
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine desire to support students in achieving their goals
- Willingness to travel for roadshows, events, or overseas missions
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (for Chinese market outreach)
