Job Description

·      Manage portfolio of clients and manage a team of accounting professionals and review their work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·      Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing

·      Handle GST computations and submission

·      Handle payroll computations and CPF submission monthly

·      Advise clients on matters relating to accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary

·      Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards when necessary (training will be provided if necessary)

·      Liaison with government authorities such as IRAS when necessary

·      Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines

Requirements

·      Diploma/Degree in accounting with at least 4 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience

·      Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Sage50, ABSS, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho etc

·      Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment

·      Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.

·      Experience working in client accounting service.

·      Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word

·      Candidates with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience in a managerial role at a CPA firm will be given preference
