Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales
- Manage and grow key accounts across the assigned region
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and serve as the main point of contact at all customer levels
- Proactively support customer needs and coordinate with Marketing, Technical, R&D, and Project teams
- Participate in development projects and new opportunities with sufficient technical understanding to define solutions
- Respond to new customer requests, clarify specifications, support pricing strategy, and lead complex negotiations
- Achieve revenue targets by driving sales performance, monitoring forecast accuracy, and executing sales activities
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide ongoing market/project feedback internally
- Track project progress to support budget planning and demand forecasting
- Align with and actively contribute to Linxens' overall Sales & Marketing strategy
Business Development
- Map all relevant Smartcard projects in the region, including incumbents, opportunity timelines, and tender processes.
- Identify and prioritize target projects and develop winning strategies for Linxens.
- Lobby and influence key decision makers about Linxens capability and importance in the Smartcard eco-system.
- Leverage Linxens' unique value proposition to createa favourable environment for future projects
Qualification
- 6-10 years' of experience in Sales and Business Development in Smartcard / Printed Electronics / Semi-conductor industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Proven success in managing key accounts, business development and driving revenue growth
- Possess customer-oriented approach and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
