Central Region, Singapore INNOWAVE DIGITS PTE. LTD. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilites:

1.Relations & Policy Advocacy:

  • Develop and maintain strong, constructive relationships with relevant legislators, regulators, and agencies at local, regional, national, and international levels (as applicable).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on legislative, regulatory, and political developments impacting the company and its industry.
  • Formulate proactive policy positions and advocacy strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare briefing materials, position papers, submissions, and testimony for government consultations and hearings.
  • Represent the company in meetings with government officials, industry associations, and coalitions.

2.Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify, map, and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry associations, NGOs, community groups, think tanks, and academic institutions.
  • Develop and implement engagement plans to build understanding, trust, and support for the company's positions and initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and address concerns effectively.

3.Strategic Communications & Management:

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between public affairs activities and broader corporate communications strategies.
  • Develop communications materials (e.g., press releases, Q&As, speeches, op-eds) related to policy positions and government affairs activities.
  • Proactively manage issues and potential crises with a public policy dimension.
  • Contribute to protecting and enhancing the company's reputation among policymakers and key influencers.

4.Program Management & Measurement:

  • Develop, manage, and track the Public Affairs budget.
  • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of public affairs strategies and activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on public affairs activities and outcomes for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2.Experience: 1-2 years of progressive experience in public affairs, government relations, policy advocacy, or a closely related role

3.Strong knowledge of public policy issues relevant to the company's industry and operations.

4.Familiarity with stakeholder engagement principles and best practices.
