As a Assistant Manager (Medical Affairs) you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Administer credentialing and privileging processes for clinical staff, ensuring complete documentation, database management, and committee meeting support.
  • Maintain and update daily and monthly duty rosters, including system support and accuracy checks.
  • Review and publish clinician profiles on the organization's public website, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate appointments and assignments of visiting clinicians from external institutions, liaising with relevant stakeholders and tracking their activities.
  • Support coordination of service and quality evaluations for clinical staff, working closely with HR and department leaders.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant medical regulatory requirements, including training, certification, and scheduling for key roles.
  • Manage professional affairs for clinical staff, including the administration of appointments and reappointments, in partnership with HR.
  • Monitor clinician participation in continuing education, peer review, or other mandated learning activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft and update clinical service policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, clinical operations/services, medical affairs, IT) would be advantageous
