Roles & Responsibilities

This position is part of the Baxter Singapore commercial team and will be rotated in Sales and Functions (e.g. Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Marketing etc) as part of the traineeship program. The Account Specialist will receive training in selling effectiveness, products/therapies and clinical knowledge to be developed into a full-fledged Account Specialist with Baxter.
- Perform sales calls and increase awareness of Baxter product features and benefits
- Perform healthcare professional educational programs
- Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, purchasing and pharmacy to support the sales of Baxter products in hospitals
- Collaborate with internal functions such as Marketing, Quality, Technical Service, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain & Finance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Business
- Keen interest in healthcare industry and medical technology
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Prior internship experience in healthcare sector is a plus
