Our Management Trainee Programme offers a comprehensive 24-month rotational training across core operational departments in preparation for a future leadership role within the hotel. This rigorous program is designed to cultivate the next generation of hospitality leaders.

The program includes rotations through the following key departments

  • Front Office
  • Food & Beverage (F&B) Service
  • Housekeeping

  • Reservations

  • Front Office: Handle guest check-in/out, process payments, manage inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • F&B Service: Support daily operations, assist with order-taking, maintain cleanliness, and deliver exceptional dining service.
  • Reservations: Manage bookings accurately, provide detailed information to guests, and ensure reservation integrity.
  • Housekeeping: Support inventory control, maintain cleanliness standards, assist with uniform fittings, and uphold safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work on a 5-day work week with rotating shifts.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
