Are you an experienced Industry Supervisor, Manager, or Retail Leader ready for your next challenge? We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to grow with us as Management Trainees, with a clear path toward Outlet Manager and higher leadership roles

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality
  • Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly approach
  • Manage reservations, respond to customer inquiries, and greet guests
  • Supervise order-taking, F&B service, and handle POS transactions
  • Oversee daily operations, team coordination, and ensure service efficiency
  • Support with basic technical needs (e.g., mic checks, karaoke setup)
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards
  • Train and mentor team members, upholding brand and service standards
  • Work closely with management on operational improvements
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
