Jinan-NTU Green Technology Research Institute (GreenTRI) was established to focus on international collaborations in digital technologies and GreenTech. We are now looking for a Manager, Administrative Support, who will play a key role in providing effective policy development, project management and stakeholder engagement in GreenTRI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in developing and implementing policies and procedures of the Joint Research Institute (JRI).

  • Assist the Director in developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies to create strong brand positioning.

  • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline; maintain comprehensive project documentation such as requirements, progress reports, and final deliverables.

  • Proofread, edit, and refine JRI documents, including policy papers, announcements, agreements, reports, and marketing materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Strengthen existing collaboration with external partners and explore new partnership opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably a Master's in a relevant field.

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in research management and international collaboration in Asia, preferably in higher education or research institutes.

  • Experience in drafting and implementing policies in a Joint Research Institute (JRI) setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in editing, proofreading, and drafting official documents, reports, and agreements.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to ensure accuracy in documents and processes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in addressing challenges and problem-solving.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
